Are there any charges for return and WHY?
- Returns and Exchanges are chargeable at 100 INR
- We do not consider returns as part of costs when pricing the item. Our returns are under 2%, we prefer to price our products fairly and not increase it in the off-chance of an exchange or return.
How do I return or exchange?
- Mail us with the subject line being "Return", please mention your order Id ,phone number and bank account details and the reason for return, you return will be processed within 1-2 business days as per the return policy.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glidinggearcompany.
What items are not returnable?
- All Items purchased under discount are not eligible for any return or exchange, all sales are final.
- keychain, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable and exchangeable.
- International Orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.
How to pay Rs.100 Charges?
- In case of return, charges will be debited from the refund amount.
- In case of exchange, you will receive a payment link on email after the exchange is approved; once the payment is made the new order will be shipped out.
How soon will I get my refund?
- It will take up-to 2 to 4 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Why will my return or exchange rejected?
- Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
- Every parcel that leaves our facility goes through a rigorous 5 stage quality inspection ,Please make sure you make an unboxing video in case of return/replacement due to product being damaged.
