Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Return Scenarios

We will only consider a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

  • You email us at info@glidinggearcompany.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your email must include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear reason for return

    • A 360° unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, and product condition. The video must be continuous and unedited.

Without this video, your return request will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • All correctly delivered items in perfect condition

  • Items purchased under discount/sale

  • Free gifts and promotional items

  • International orders

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 4 business days:

  • Recheck your bank account or card statement

  • Contact your credit card company and/or bank (processing times may vary)
