Refund policy


Are there any charges for return and WHY?

  • Returns are chargeable at 100 INR
  • We do not consider returns as part of costs when pricing the item. Our returns are under 2%, we prefer to price our products fairly and not increase them on the off-chance of an exchange or return. 

How do I return or exchange?

  • Mail us with the subject line being "Return", please mention your order Id, phone number, and bank account details (Account Number, Name, IFSC Code) and the reason for return, your return request will be processed within 1-2 business days as per the return policy.
  • Some parts of the country are Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ), For these ODZ orders return pickup facility is not available, to return those customers will have to send those to the address provided by us on their own, Customer will be notified through Email is their Pincode falls under ODZ. For these ODZ returns 100INR charge is not payable.

Return process

  • If you reside in India, please keep the item packed and ready for a reverse pick up.


  • If you are residing outside India, you will need to ship the product to us at - GlidingGear Company, S1, Plot no 1A1, Lane no 2, Nandpuri Road,22 Godown, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Pincode:302006, +917073384448



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We only replace/return items if the request is made within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same or different item, send us an email at info@glidinggearcompany.com with your order id and the product you want as a replacement, your exchange request will be processed within 24 hours.

What items are not returnable?

  • All Items purchased under discount(Coupon or referral) are not eligible for any return but we will exchange the product for the same value.
  • keychain, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable and exchangeable.
  • International Orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.
  • Any product for which Glide Points earned has been redeemed is not eligible for return.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.

 

How to pay Rs.100 Charges?

  • In case of a return, charges will be debited from the refundable amount.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It will take up to 2 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item has been delivered and inspected by us which can take anywhere between 15-20 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@glidinggearcompany.com.

Why will my return or exchange reject?

  • The item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
  • Every parcel that leaves our facility goes through a rigorous 5 stage quality inspection, Please make sure you make an unboxing video in case of return/replacement due to the product being damaged.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will be rejected.
